Been trying to use this app for about a year to manage my inventory for two physical stores and my online store. Very difficult to use the Purchase Order feature for my entire business. The app only allows POs for each store independently of each other. I have tried calling for help through Shopify, but hard to find anyone with expertise. I can view all my inventory on one screen, so why can’t the app be able to do a PO for all of the inventory? Doesn’t make sense.

A bit rough around the edges, but this is by far the best inventory app I've used yet on Shopify.
ShippingEasy didn't have enough features, Stitch Labs was a total disaster, and Ordoro was a bit too confusing for us to use.
Stocky is great! Works just like you'd want an inventory app to use, EXTREMELY responsive developer, and pretty pain free. It could use some styling, and isn't the most intuitive thing ever. But, like I said, it gets the job done right.
Highly recommend!
This app is frequently not working, slow and buggy which means I can't get my job done. I've had trouble with it for three days in a row. I'm writing this review because it's currently giving me a 504 error and I have nothing better to do.
Hi Tulsa Body Jewelry, thank you for taking the time to leave a review about your recent experience using Stocky. We are aware that some of merchants had issues accessing the app but this should be resolved now. If you are still having any problems, please reach out to our authenticated support through the Help Center to report them. -Shay, Shopify Support
We have been using this application for the past two months and we are very happy with it to far. The main functionalities we use are (1) analyzing our past sales to forecast our future sales (2) generate automatically all our purchase orders to our suppliers (in just in time) (3) organize our promotional sales with ABC sku analysis.
On top of that their after sales support is fast, efficient, and friendly. Could only highly recommend.
Stocky is a waste of time. Too much in and out of app when new products are continuously added. If I only carried nuts and bolts it would be a different story. My store is very seasonal and new products are arriving every day. I very seldom reorder the same thing twice as many times my vendors are sold out.
Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review for Stocky. We appreciate your candid feedback. I will follow up with you via email to discuss this further, as well as to get any other pieces of feedback you would be willing to share with us. Regards, James
I am fighting to get Stocky to work with the DYMO required label printer. Is Stocky REALLY the only app that helps you receive products and prints labels?
This is what I was told recently-
" I was checking here and the newer models of DYMO Label Writer printers such as the 550 and 5XL do not work with the older DYMO Label Software. They only work with DYMO Connect for Mac, which is not compatible with Stocky as the web service was removed from the software. Note that this is a limitation from DYMO and not a decision Shopify has made."
In response to shopifys reasonse below. Your technical support is the one who informed me that the Dymo printer required to use the stocky app is not compatible. Stocky all will not recognize the label attributes from the new dymo software.
Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We do have list of supported printers available with the Shopify platform listed here: https://shopify.link/qmzP. With that being said, I encourage you to reach out to our live support with any error messages you may have received while using the Stocky app. They will be in the best position to take a further look into the error you are receiving and advise further. You can get in touch with a Support Advisor by navigating to the Help Center: https://shopify.link/1w5D. -Ollie, Shopify Support
Was a good app to see and manage inventory but for some reason Shopify decided that only customers with a physical storefront (the customers that need a POS) only need to see and manage their inventory. Interesting and really short sighted, very disappointed with Shopify removing this from a basic function...don't they realize the better the stores on Shopify manages their inventory the more money they make??
Hello there! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for Stocky, we really appreciate your candid feedback. Thank you,

This is a dream come true. Easy to manage thousands of SKU's, inventory and to place purchase orders.
Stocky is a work in progress. - Cost syncing isn't automatic, but that is for the sake of flexibility in your accounting. The manual syncs are good enough.
- "Incoming inventory" in Shopify does not acknowledge incoming Stocky purchase orders with an estimated receiving date. At time of writing this is an impossible feature request because there is no API available to perform the update.
- Shopify support staff are not familiar with Stocky. It's getting better as time goes on, but at the time of writing it's still not perfect. Just read the documentation.
- Stocky & Shopify tax rules for products don't sync.
- Stocktakes (i.e. inventory counts) are treated exactly like purchase orders. Some will like it, some won't. I wish there was better barcode scanner support. Perhaps this is a criticism of Shopify rather than Stocky. You have to read the documentation to get value out of this app. Ultimately it's worth it.
Quite ok! Some functionalities need an urgent update (like two way syncing, common guys this should be basic stuff!). But also the design is really outdated. Would be nice to bring the design out of it’s 90’s
