Stocky wouldn't sync with Shopify beyond the product quantity. A product I deleted in Shopify would stay in Stocky, etc. If I changed a SKU or barcode, Stocky wouldn't update it. My store has a lot of products - maybe that was the reason? But the support reps were mostly useless. Most of them would just search the documentation and read it to me, which was not helpful. They had no actual knowledge of the app. More than one of them told me "to contact the developers of the app" - completely unaware that Shopify owned it!
Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave a review on our app. We use all constructive
feedback from merchants to continue to improve Stocky. I can understand the need to have products syncing correctly. I am looking into the issues you mentioned and will follow up with you by email to discuss them. - Kelsey
Love Stocky! Couldn't be without it. I used to use formulas and spreadsheets but Stocky means freedom and much better record keeping.
Stocky has paid for itself many times over, both in terms of having a very intuitive dashboard which allows us to easily see what we need to reorder, but then also making this process so much easier by downloading suggested reorders into purchase orders which are emailed to suppliers and then which automatically update the Shopify inventory.
This app also allows us to track stock that is nearing expiry or obsolescence dates, which is a function that Seb added on our request - amazing and very responsive customer service!
Very happy customer and cannot rate Stocky highly enough for any store that wants to better manage their inventory and streamline their reordering processes. For a store that has over 500 variants, this app probably saves us 30 hours per month and the value in getting our purchase orders right is probably multiples of that again.
This app makes it really easy for us to check our current stock levels and see how our margins look. Two thumbs up!
If you have a store with a large inventory like ours, this app is essential. I'm not sure how we survived without it before! Seb has been so helpful with getting us set up and making sure we are using all of the features. From inventory management, ordering, profit review and supplier management, this really is a must have app.
For being free(I have Pro sub) it is a great app. I used to use Inventory Planner paying over $400/month for forecasting and purchase orders. I own and operate 4 Retail Locations and Online Store. The feature to allow Creating Purchase Orders with Forecasting for individual store is a winner. I get more accurate reorders/stocking per store. I noticed this app gets a lot of flack however for my use case it is working perfectly for me.
Stocky works fine for us. We have two store locations and e-commerce. Transfers, analytics were the most useful features.
We operate multiple retail locations and use Stocky to keep track of and transfer stock. Love the A,B, C features and overall performance. Could be a little more clear how some of the reporting works, but I think that's mainly part of the learning curve.
I tried to do an inventory count for our store using stocky. It went relatively smoothly which was great. Only issue is that after I had completed the count and performed the stock adjustment it did not correctly adjust and now I have a whole bunch of negatives in my inventory I am going to have to adjust? Has anyone had a similar experience? Is there an easy/ efficient way of correcting this issue?
Thanks in advance.
Very simple and useful app, it makes ordering supplies A LOT easier! It is also great for calculating your inventory value.
