After a first "fail", I followed the "solution" given by the app support (copy metafield definitions between the 2 sites) . But the copy still ends in a fail. I asked, again, for a refund, still waiting...

I installed this app with the hope to duplicate our production store onto a developpment store. Not only it ended with an "error" (unspecified) but it totally broke our development store that must now be restored. We tried to do it on a fresh store, no more luck. Send a message / email to support (no chat available), no answer after 4 hours... still waiting.
I will ask for a refund, we will see if it's just a plain bad app... or worse

I needed an app to cut down on work to populate other accounts with product in Shopify. This app allows quick work in copying necessary fields and images to another storefront. Very effective!

Replay has made the seemingly impossible task of maintaining and syncing multiple e-commerce stores (product info, inventory etc) possible.

Saved heaps of time copying content to 3 new stores. Well worth the $. My only comment would be a bit more detail on what each copying option actually copies would be helpful. But very happy.

We have used this app for two years without issue, it does a great job of cloning product and pages to other stores. The Rewind backup app works well for backing up our website also. Very communicative app designers. Recommend.

It’s much quicker to install Rewind Copy to copy our store (and everything in it) than paying an external developer to do it manually. We basically just hook the new store up to an existing one and copy everything over.

Product worked great to do a bull backup of all our products and variants. Saved us a ton of time! Had some issues with themes, but the time saving alone was worth it!

Installed this app on two of my websites, and paid for the full pro plan. The app worked brilliantly for a full copy over, and then successfully a few more times to copy individual collections that were edited from one website to another. However, for the last few weeks the app will not load, and won't let me access any of the data. I have reached out to customer service and after one reply saying everything was working fine, I can't get an answer out of them. The app still won't work on either site, and there has been radio silence on the support end despite screenshots and follow ups from my end.

Hello! Kaleigh here from Rewind Support. I wanted to address your concerns because it seems my support team has been trying to get in contact with you for several days now with no response!

Seems like we might be missing each other - but someone has reached out to you again today. We suspect the issue you're facing has to do with an outdated browser and we recommend upgrading to Google Chrome and trying again. Certain elements of the Shopify Copy app have not shown up properly in older versions of Safari and it's likely a display error related to the browser.

As I say - someone has reached out, so hopefully you'll receive her message very soon.
