Not only is this app consistent in providing accurate information, the support team is extremely fast to reply with helpful answers! I really appreciated Jasper's assistance resolving a display issue and he got it fixed for me in less than 5 minutes. I would highly recommend users to try the free trial to get a feel of this app, and then purchase the monthly subscription as needed. It's worth the money!

This app does exactly what it is designed to fon its very easy to add new stores and we have a global network of retailers who customers can find by simply entering their address and looking for the closest store on the map.

I have had a couple of issues in the past where things have been updated by our theme and by Google and the app has stopped working but support have always been extremely quick to help me and have resolved the problem very quickly every time.

Cette application est bonne et pas très compliquée pour l'utilisation. Cependant, si vous avez une boutique en plusieurs langues, cette application n'a pas encore la possibilité d'être traduite en plusieurs langues (unilingue seulement pour le moment).

L'équipe de support répond relativement rapidement, mais j'ai été 1 semaine avant d'avoir l'information concernant la traduction. Prendre en considération le fuseau horaire...

Nous avons utilisé cette application auparavant et nous étions en mesure d'avoir des traductions en plusieurs langues, mais ce n'est plus le cas. C'est très malheureux et devrait être mentionné dans les informations de l'application de Shopify.

Amai's support team was extremely helpful – and FAST – in resolving an issue with their ProMap Store Locator on my Shopify site. Every representative was quick to answer my follow-up questions and followed instructions to investigate a layout concern. When I granted them collaborator access, they were able to quickly identify and implement a custom solution to resolve everything. Nice job, guys!

We use this app to help our brides locate their closest bridal store. I have had a great experience with the support team any time I have a question or concern. They are quick to respond have helped me fix any issues.

I have no idea how this installed itself on our store. that was problem number one. At checkout it would prompt the buyer to use coupons that I could only assume it collects from the internet. it was unauthorized, Very janky looking pop up.

All the while disguising itself as a dealer locator? It's most likely malware. Would very much not recommend Installing.
