What a find! works perfectly, great admin side. Shappify jumped right in and helped me get it aligned to my theme when I could not get it myself; they are really great. Perfect app!

This is a good dealer locator app. Easy to use back end interface. We had some issues early on with the page not populating quickly, but support was responsive in getting everything up and running.

We looked for a long time for an affordable and reliable store locator and this software by BOLD has been perfect.

Puts pins for our store locations in completely wrong places on the map of New York City, sometimes in the middle of a park lol, and even in the wrong borough. I've wasted countless hours of my own time and patiently waited weeks on their support, pretending they would fix the issue. After all these weeks, the app does not perform its most basic function of putting accurate locations on a map. A refund promised for last month was not issued. I wish I hadn't wasted my time & money trying to salvage this app and cancelled sooner. My new store locator app was easy to set up, works properly, costs less, and comes with great support.

Store Locator looks great, works great, and is easy to use. It's exactly what I was looking for.

Their support is fantastic. Thanks to Nikhil for all the help provided on getting the geocoding in. I just wish it was easier to bulk edit a chain of stores or to completely delete a chain of stores without support help. And the geocoding does not always work, but not sure if that is google map's fault or the app.

We were struggling with some of the back-end set-up, but the customer support provided by Rick, was incredibly helpful and kept me level-headed as we tried to figure out what in our set-up process needed correcting.

This is a great app. We were able to customize the 'pin' that locates the stores, which is really a fun feature. Adding new locations is quick and easy. Their customer service is outstanding. I am very pleased with this app. I highly recommend it.

The Store Locator app is great. We love the way it makes the retailer section of our website stand out. I would highly recommend this app.

Not only did I all of my locations disappear using this app, I had to prove I was being charged for the "PRO PLAN" service that was not working! Still waiting for locations to be restored and my refund. Week later: Just tried calling the support line and there are no humans to speak with. Still waiting for a reply.
