We use this app to allow our local customers to pick up in store. This developer has gone above and beyond to customize the experience to accommodate our customers. Highly recommend!

We have used this app on a number of stores. Why? 100% due to the 110% awesome customer service and problem solving we get from Constantin the main developer. All responses are fast and we have yet to give him a problem that he cannot solve for us. I would recommend this app to anyone needing this functionality.

I am very pleased not only with the app but also with their great customer service. The app is easy to use and very intuitive. I was working for a client who owns a bakery, and certain items they carry are available only on specific days and in specific time slots. We had some questions at the beginning and Constantin answered them all within few hours. Great value for what you actually pay.

Store Pickup Click & Collect is an amazing app, support is really fast, I needed to change a few words into German before going live and Constantin done this straight away even while I was on the free version. This app has worked very well for us. We've been using it for aprx. 1 year. Whenever we've had an issue or needed to troubleshoot (usually because we want to push it beyond it's limit) the customer service is quick, professional, and very friendly.

Excellent app and support. The app works exactly as described and the installation was simple to install with easy to follow instructions. I did email support with a question of how to change a color of a button and they got back to me with minutes and corrected the issue for me. I would totally recommend this app.
Update - The support for this app is excellent. No matter what time of day I submit a ticket, it is resolved within 15 min. or less. I can't recommend this app enough!!!
Update 2 - Once again, the support I receive from this team is amazing. The issues are resolved within an hour of being reported and they are always polite and very professional.
