A great app to use - and a very efficient help service. We did try other apps but they had many problems and bugs.

This app is beyond helpful for my business and makes my life much easier! they have excellent customer support if you encounter any problems they are friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this app I would be lost without it!

I find shopify very lacking as a platform and will likely dump it when i have time. This app has at least helped fill in for the lack of local pick up option with shopify native programming. There's new features to allow more control with settings by days and times. Constantine is working on another new feature to allow minimum thresholds by dollar amount for store pickup (I have multiple stores I drive to.) He's awesome to work with and responds to questions very quickly. Highly recommended if you need a local pick up option for your website.

Customer Service is top-of-the-line! I reached out about an issue I was having (the issue was totally my own fault) and Constantin had responded and fixed my mistake in no time. Totally recommend.

Fantastic app, makes curb side pickup easy to achieve in these awful times, excellent customer service from the developer, 5 star service.

Just needed to have the "In Store Pick-Up" for the holiday season. When we added it the button kind of got lost in the mix of the other things on our checkout page. We also had an issue with the added information fields overlapping our current fields.

We emailed support to see if they could fix it. They got back to us quick and fixed both our problems! They even used our store color for the button. It now works just as we wanted it to.

Couldn't be happier with the functionality and user experience this app has given me. I've been using it trouble-free for about 6 months now. During that time, I've needed some help from the developer to implement some enhancements. Each time I've reached out via email, I've received the help I needed within minutes - even though I'm based in Australia! Where else do you get responsive service like this?
