A lot of bugs in this app and very complicated to make it work properly. It does conflict with a lot of other apps as well. The e-mail sent by Secomapp to the store is very basic and doesn't show discounts nor the cart total.
Works well for pickup scheduling and specifying a local delivery radius. Developer is responsive and friendly. Very pleased with this app.

They fixed the map API issue quickly and this app has certainly the best customer experience. I tried others that were too confusing for the customers. The support we receive from them is outstanding and they are very good coders. You can tell that the quality is good. If they keep their promise, I will use their app with other clients.

Absolutely incredible support from this team. I cannot say enough good things about their response time, willingness to help, and also the innovative solutions they presented to some peculiar problems. My store has some unusual needs (different items available for different pickup dates), and the team of developers met them all with enthusiasm and great care. Within a week, all of my issues were resolved and the site is up and running with no issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Nic was great. When changing to a new theme, any issues were quickly resolved. Everything was not a problem. Response was quick and he went out of his way to help.
I used this app for awhile and despite many emails with Tommy regarding my store's requirements, users somehow managed to bypass the app altogether. I deleted, uninstalled the app and removed the developer's permissions in April 2022, but voila! I was still charged the recurring charges in May 2022. Unhappy! I want a refund.

Please note that the billing was made by Shopify. The reason for that is that app was uninstall after the billing had occurred. According to the control panel, it shows that your billing cycle was 19 April to 19 May and your app was uninstalled at 20 April. You may refer to the following FAQ from Shopify in regards how they bill for apps:

We have used the app for two weeks, it's working very well. We had some issues or additional requirement during the "trying" period, the dev team has supplied the excellent and fast support to help us which we really appreciate.
This app do exactly what we want. The supporting team is very good. Quick responses & very cooperative. They help me fix the google map, remove store opening hour & fix translate problem. Definitely recommend this app, and if you have issues of this app, the support team will be there for you right away.
