Bird Pickup & Delivery Date

Brilliant app and support, i have been through 3 differnet delivery softwares to find exactly what i was looking for, support has been fantastic, very quick to respond and nothings to much trouble, certain features i wanted wasnt avaible and the devolpment team built them for me, couldnt reccomend enough

Absolutely amazing customer support! I reached out with an issue where customers were able to submit pickup orders without selecting a pickup date and time, which was causing confusion and requiring me to follow up with customers after they had already paid.

The support team solved the issue within literally 2 minutes! They immediately understood what I needed, showed me exactly where to find the setting, and had me completely taken care of in no time.

Fast, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. This is exactly what great customer service should look like. 5 stars without hesitation!

I appreciate that my customers can choose a delivery or pick up time that I have previously set out. It makes it so much easier then having to connect with each customer.

I can also set black out dates for vacations! Whenever I have issues they have always been able to fix it on their end. This is super helpful since i'm not a tech person at all.

Not only is their app great to work with and easy for customers, but beyond that their staff and support are incredibly patient, knowledgeable and helpful. You really will find this is a must have, and great value compared to more expensive(and often clunkier) apps.

We have used this app for years flawlessly. Eventually, due to some automatic updates to our theme that occurred we had an issue. The support team fixed my issue quickly and we were back up and running. Thank you so much!

Update:
After some time now we must update our review. This app really was a quality of life change for us. everything seems to run smooth as of now. the integration in shopify is so much better than the app we have used before. The customer support is fast and friendly. best of all, not every issue we had while setting up the app was answered with "give us access to your store". They really sovled all our problems by explaining and troubleshooting via chat.

Setting up the app took us some time and some trial and error but coming from another app this was totally expected. all in all great app and worth every penny. Thank you.

I've been setting up my store over the last few days and have asked so many questions to the App as I'm quite picky about my setup/check out. An amazing angel called Sun has been answering all of my questions. He has replied really quicky and with really helpful information. I tried another app before this which did not have anywhere near this comprehensive customer service. Plus this app looks so lovely in my store and has features that werent possible with the other app. If I could give you 100 stars I would!
