Professional, kind, patient and ever-so helpful! I really appreciate that this team [also] has a free plan with good features, for growing businesses, like mine. Niraj, Lokesh and Nitin have all been GREAT and patient in helping me to understand and make sense of how their app works for my business needs. Honestly, I would suggest Bird Pickup Delivery Date to anyone! I've explored similar apps, but this teams customer service skills outweigh any other "competition" in my opinion. This team understands what providing GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE means, so I'm sticking with them!

This is the *only* pickup app on the entire app store that allows me to add local pickup to my website without also adding a "choose your shipping date" option. I don't want customers to choose a shipping date, that makes little sense for most ecommerce businesses. Yet every other app makes you do that if you need the pickup option as well.
The app deserves 5 stars for that alone, and I've used it for about a year now with no issues. I needed the help of support today on an unrelated issue, and they solved 2 days of stress in literal seconds.
