I use this app and have used for it several months. It is an easy, fast way to see a customers journey through my shop. It is not expensive And service is top notch. It is really easy to configure and they get back to you very fast when you ask a question.

This is a great app and they are releasing updates consistently that only improve the overall experience. My company receives the daily email for a top-level view of the store's performance from yesterday, and I use the app consistently throughout the day to better understand our customer's shopping experience.
