S: Contact Form Builder

Have used the app for omnisend integration and for creating embed forms with thank you page and it works great.

This app works pretty well, and the subscription prices are very affordable. Especially for first-time store owners! I had a little problem with text alignment on the field titles, but the support team got back to me quickly and was able to quickly resolve my problem. Even on the weekend. I also like that you can set up emails for whenever you receive new forms submissions on your website. Definitely recommend this if you just need a simple way to add extra forms to your website without too many bells and whistles!

This is the only form application that can send emails to other systems (e.g. CRM) where the sender is the email address from the email form field. A key thing for our CRM system. I highly recommend this app and am very happy with the fast responsive support.

I've just started using this app specifically the contact us form - it has met my needs and customer service has always been helpful to me up to this point. So far so good! I hope they will continue to improve this app for the better. Will update this review in the future.

Very an excellent app as a contact form, I tried many apps, but finally choose this one, it is just what I need. the Tech support is very good！also helps me a lot without any complaint.
