S: Contact Form Builder

I highly recommend this app because once I set it up last year, it has worked so smoothly that I forgot about it. I recently made some edits to my theme that caused an issue with the app. I contacted support and they fixed it right away. Thank you for the quick fix!

Good app for forms, but one thing to improve/add is multilanguage. You can have forms only in 1 language.. But besides this, everything is working fine !

The contact form app has everything I need as well as additional features. The logic function is awesome. I definitely recommend this app. Customer service was super helpful for setting up the contact form. I highly recommend this app!

Awesome service!
We first signed up for Pify forms but after repeated support requests to Pify and being told the problem weas resolved - it wasn't...
We also has a small setup glitch with Contact Form setup, but Duke and the support team responded, went onto our site, and fixed the issue in hours.
It's so nice when you still get that kind of support in todays cost-saving focused world hip hip Hoooorah!
