The form builder is a breeze to use. The ability to use conditional logic to show or hide various items on the form based on user input is also great, as is multi-step form options.
The form has so many options for customization built in, as well as the ability to use custom CSS, so it can fit into nearly any site design.
And, if you need help, the developer is also very responsive and quick to reply.

Great app, does exactly what I need. It had a small glitch when I first installed it and the tech team were great and helped me resolve it very quickly. I love how many things can be customised (especially the map marker here's mine in action https://flatoutinternational.com.au/a/store-locator/list .) I also love the contact form builder from these guys :D

Excellent contact form with great customization. We needed a form that would notify various email addresses based on the choice made by the user. There was a minor glitch upon initial install, but Duke was responsive and quickly helped with the technical issues. Price is great for the features it provides. Highly recommend!
