Here's why this is the best store location app in the Shopify App Store and in my opinion, the only one worth spending the time implementing.

1 - Tyler is dedicated to supporting his customers. He kept trying until he fixed our particular issues. It's IT. There are always issues. How those issues are dealt with is what's most important.

2 - It actually works. There's a competing product from one of the larger app providers and it had my stores in the wrong continent and some in the middle of the ocean. It took them several attempts over several weeks to fix and eventually they all had to have the latitude and longitude manually entered for each. That's a workaround. I want something that actually looks up the addresses correctly. Far less risky. There was also another competing product that didn't even open at all.

3 - There's an extremely useful feature that sets this apart from all the others (as far as I can tell and at the time of writing this) and that's the list of ungeocoded stores. The other app I tried didn't tell me there were any problems with my stores. If you have hundreds like us, it would take forever to check them all one at a time and the competing product didn't consider a store in the middle of the ocean to be incorrect anyway. With Tyler's app, I simply reviewed the list of ungeocoded stores one at a time and sure enough, each store in the list had a quirky bit of info in the address that was tripping up Google Maps. Once resolved, they're all working great.

This app does several things exceptionally well. Setup is super easy and does not require you to know how to code. The map that is generated is large, detailed, and very accurate. There are tons of settings you can change and fine-tune to get the exact look you want, and everything is spelled out for you in plain terms. Adding addresses and filters is a breeze, and we love that we can sync it with our Google Sheet. And their technical team is very responsive! All of that would already make a great app. But what makes this app above and beyond the others: the developer-friendly features. You can fine-tune the CSS, query stores with their CRUD API, run code after events using their Javascript callbacks, set certain initial load values with HTML attributes, and more. Being able to fine-tune our map like this has opened up a range of possibilities that has saved our team a LOT of time, and allowed us to produce an amazing store and product locator. This is absolutely a top-tier map tool that deserves much more attention. Highly recommended!

The features and support for this app are top notch. We have been using this app for a couple of years and the features have been enhanced for a more customized user experience and brand centric feel. Definitely recommend them.

Does exactly what I needed it to do :) Displays all my locations on the map in an aesthetically pleasing way. Customer support is also amazing! Philly was able to help me out so much with getting everything to look exactly how I wanted it:)

A store map is a store map, but right here is what you're really looking for -- quite possibly the best personal customer service you'll find anywhere, in any company anywhere, hands down. And I speak as the customer service manager for our own company. Philly especially (thank you again!) has provided the most helpful tips and graciously put up with my endless questions as I struggled to navigate Google Cloud Console issues and nail down nitpicky specs for my website's enormous world map of stores. A recent back-end UI update has also greatly improved usability and customization options for us as website creators/managers. Definitely worth signing on for your business's store map!

As a new member of the team I was struggling to de-bug an issue we were having with Storemapper. Philly came back to me within 24 hours and was very patient and responsive - supporting me to get the issue resolved. The functionality is good and exactly what we need to help customers find out stockists. It also has several features in the back-end that Philly helped me to find which I'll also be exploring further. Overall exactly what you'd want from an app - good functionality and great support if you have an issue.

We tried many different store locators for Shopify before we got this one. Great support and very flexible. We are a brick and mortar and an online store which has it's own set of challenges but this tool helped a lot. We have 6 stores and this handles them great.
