We had an issue with the storemapper widget not displaying correctly on our webpage, and Kriti was so helpful in getting this sorted ASAP! We really appreciate the prompt responses and resolution of the problem!
Help Desk representatives are amazing. They emailed me back in 5 minutes. We were able to jump on a quick call to resolve the issue. We have been using this app for almost a year now across other brands ay our company and we love it. Very easy to use.
I use this app for our online store locator. It's very easy to use and integrate into your site. The app developer is extremely responsive and quick to address any call outs I have. Great experience overall.

I looked into a number of store mapper apps and found this one to be the best balance of price and function. App loads super fast (unlike some others), it is super customizable (you can style literally everything, especially with CSS), and the support team is awesome (thanks Brittany!). Would definitely recommend.
We tried many different store locators for Shopify before we got this one. Great support and very flexible. We are a brick and mortar and an online store which has it's own set of challenges but this tool helped a lot. We have 6 stores and this handles them great.
This app is very easy to use, and design, even if you don't know a whole lot about CSS. Their support team is ready to help. They are so nice and willing to help you design the map that fits your stores look and style. They get back to you super quick too. I 100% recommend this app!!
We have a website that is FR & EN, and the store wasn't appearing properly when the website was in french. I then decided to email them to ask for help, and Iris from Storemapper was able to find what was the problem. I am really satisfied with the product and the help! I really recommend.
really bad, its so confusing to see and frustrating. i spent hours and it shows nothing, it doesn't even have live chat. im waisting my time.
it doesn't show anything though i have followed the tutorial, i spent time just to know what was wrong and still... no solution. i just want it to be visible

The app works great, our customers can now easily find the nearest retail store to their location with the simple click of a button. Also, the support team is tremendous, highly recommend!
