We have a website that is FR & EN, and the store wasn't appearing properly when the website was in french. I then decided to email them to ask for help, and Iris from Storemapper was able to find what was the problem. I am really satisfied with the product and the help! I really recommend.

Je suis super contente de l'application. Selon moi c'est l'application avec le look le plus claire pour mes clients.

J'ai aussi eu un super service client quand j'ai eu besoin d'aide pour installer l'application.

I looked into a number of store mapper apps and found this one to be the best balance of price and function. App loads super fast (unlike some others), it is super customizable (you can style literally everything, especially with CSS), and the support team is awesome (thanks Brittany!). Would definitely recommend.

really bad, its so confusing to see and frustrating. i spent hours and it shows nothing, it doesn't even have live chat. im waisting my time.
it doesn't show anything though i have followed the tutorial, i spent time just to know what was wrong and still... no solution. i just want it to be visible

This is the best option! The app does what it needs to do and has very reasonable options. The low monthly rate is far more cost-effective if you want an app that drops right in and is ready to use (as opposed to a custom-developed one) than its competitors, who charge users up the nose with quantity ceilings for listings. Best of all, the support for this app is fantastic. I emailed the developer several times to troubleshoot issues I was having, and he was consistently prompt and helpful.
