Worst App Ever. Wasted hours trying to bulk import Discount Codes. I then switched to SaleX: Bulk Discount Generator and had my codes imported within 10 minutes.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're really sorry for the trouble you faced.

We had a chance to review your import file and found that the value "fixed_amount" was placed under the column "Discount Type" instead of "Discount Value Type". This small mismatch caused the issue. After updating the column header to the correct one, the import worked as expected.

We totally understand how confusing this can be, and we’re continuously working to improve the experience and make things more user-friendly.
