I started using Stylesi to add fashion products to my store and it’s been really smooth. The styles look trendy, the product quality feels good, and syncing to my store only took a few minutes. Shipping is quicker than I expected too. Super easy way to keep my store stocked with fresh fashion pieces.

SCAM ALERT – Lost $435 – Avoid This App at All Costs!
I was charged $435 for a service that did not work properly. I reached out to their support team multiple times, providing clear proof that the app was faulty, but they completely ignored my concerns and refused to issue a refund.

Even though I canceled the appointment on the same day, they claimed I missed their cancellation window and still charged me. This policy was not made clear upfront. I also canceled my subscription to avoid future charges, and they responded by terminating my account – offering zero support or resolution.

This behavior is completely unacceptable and unethical. They took my money, ignored my complaints, and left me without help. This feels like a scam, and I strongly advise others to stay away from this app. What they’re doing should not be legal. Be warned – I lost $435, and you could be next.

This app took my money twice in one month after cancelation month ago. they took 299 + 29 in one month even when i didn´t have had any plan. After me texting to shopify, they have finally reached out that they will cancel my plan ( which i canceled a month before twice billing ) and still nothing. Best thing is that when i go to canceling my membership, everytime there is some "error" and can´t simply be canceled. I still want refundation and cancelling plan, but noone is responding afterwards.

I’ve been with them for 2 month and no orders are being fulfilled. They’re telling me to wait as there is an issue for their tech team but they are still charging me for subscription fees when the service they advertise is not working. I’m scared they won’t refund me. Why is shopify not doing anything about it? I don’t know I’ve tried to reach out to shopify as they too are advertising the company and they reply was to only go back to stylesi. All I’m getting from stylesi is being made to wait for a service that I have already paid for for 2 months. Someone help me please. Update 17 dec 2024 they have not processed my refund they are breaking the law and customers rights here in the UK they have sold failed advertisement and lured customers to by a service that’s not claiming what it’s mean to be

Unexpected fees and misleading support. I got my first order but my order didn’t go through and when I reach out to support staff they asked me to create the order again, which I done 2 times again . But my customer never received t to the order. Hopeless support

This is not a shein drop shipping, they gave me a free trail I couldn’t cancel it until they charged me for the first month there was app bug the prevented me from calling the subscription and they wouldn’t refund me
The items are way expensive can’t make any profit

This app is simply amazing! It makes the process of finding products on Shein and adding them directly to my dropshipping store so much easier.
