Stylo enhances your Zendesk ticket responses with the power of AI.

A large percentage of Zendesk tickets are “What’s my order status?”. Stylo AI integrates Zendesk Support with Shopify data to understand and answer these questions for you, freeing up your team to work on more complex tickets. About 40% of the tickets I work on every day are quite repetitive and could easily be solved by our customers if they would take a little bit of time to look at our KB. Stylo basically solves all of those tickets for me without having to train customers to find information on their own. It gives the customer what they want (to interact with a person and get an answer from us) without interrupting the time I need to work on tickets that are actual problems. Instead of tracking down orders I'm helping to fix bugs and spending more time with tickets that actually need my attention. The responses that Stylo makes are so good that our customers think it's us responding, which helps to boost my performance metrics. It has limitations (sometimes it gets confused when the customer is talking about specific things we have no documentation on) but overall it's definitely been a huge help for my productivity and performance metrics.

A friend of mine that manages the customer experience team at a large travel company recommended I take a look at Stylo at the end of last year and I'm so happy she did! We've seen such promising results already that it changed our overall hiring plan for 2024 and has allowed me to apply more resources to keeping my current team happy. This saves us a lot of time without sacrificing the customer experience.. can't wait to see what it can do with the "automatic solve" feature they've been talking about.

Stylo is amazing! We have a global support team and the language translation has been HUGE for us because it has a more natural tone than any other language translation tool we've used. We started using it just for translation but have started to use it to actually write the whole answer more and more. It's a great company that's always been super responsive to questions and product feedback and it's so much less expensive than anything else we looked at. Keep up the great work guys

Stylo has worked really well for my team. It's not perfect but it's much better than anything else we tried, including Zendesk AI. I've seen substantial improvements in the product every week and the responses have gotten better and better as we've used it more, so I'm eager to see where they take it this year.

This is such an awesome app! We used Stylo for a long time in Zendesk to track customer sentiment and no-survey CSAT (they call it predictive CSAT) and it was always super accurate. Now it's smart enough that it's writing answers to tickets for us and it's a huge time saver. Highly recommend anyone using Zendesk to take a look at this
