With good super easy setup and team has been great to work with.
Half of our tickets are order status and location tracking questions so this piqued my interest. it does exactly what it says it does, within reason. 9 times out of 10 it recognizes when someone is asking about an order and automatically generates an answer on the ticket - all we need to do is click paste and send it. Adding Shopify as a data source to our Stylo responses has cut our ticket volume by about 20% and the price is negligible compared to the time we're saving. Definitely worth the easy install.
