Subi integrates well with Shopify and has been a solid addition to our setup. I do run into the occasional glitch, and it can take a few minutes to sort things out, but support has been helpful when needed. Today, Pearl was especially quick and effective in resolving an issue, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’d recommend the app.

I recently worked with Mason on an issue that I just couldn't figure out and after a quick help chat session - he solved the problem efficiently and effectively. And it was even at 11:35pm ET on a Friday night! #thebest
Communication is fast, prompt, and will leave you more than satisfied. I had a billing issue, and not only was I credited, but I was also refunded. However, I didn't have much success in gaining subscriptions. That's on my end. I would definitely use Subi Subscriptions in the future, once I grow my account further. 10/10 would recommend. Nareh is a great help! If you ever need help, ask for her!
Setting up my first subscription was super easy, and I love the ability to give subscribers a special discount. Harry was also helpful in getting the subscription page to look great on my site.
We’ve had a great experience with Subí so far. The pricing is very fair, the app works nicely with Shopify subscriptions, and it fits our needs well.
A special thank you to Nilou from support, she has been extremely kind, responsive, and open to following up until everything was fully resolved. Her help made a big difference, and we really appreciated the hands-on support throughout the process.

We start now with Subi, it was easy to create our first subscription plans and I am excited how our customers will take it! I had some contact to subi in order to translate all the details to german, rick helped me fast and friendly. Thanks!
One little star less, because there are still some features that I feel are missing, like showing the subscription conditions in an easy and at the same time nice looking way.
Please know that if you move to this app they charge you a fee to migrate each subscription contract that you have with the previous app, this can amount to thousands of $ dependent on how many existing subscribes you have. We had no idea and I don't want anyone else getting caught in this.
This app is super easy to use if you dont want problems with anything you must try it, the only thing is that if you want to translate to another lenguage in some part you need to do it manually, but dont worry becouse the support is incredible and they can help you, in my case it was pearl that she is super kind really ill never have this attention in my life so dont hesitate in install, Pearl if you read this your the best.
I’ve had such a positive experience with Subi so far. I’m a designer / dev testing the app for a client, and I accidentally upgraded and was charged the $69 fee before I was ready. I reached out hoping there might be some flexibility, and their team handled it with so much grace and understanding.
Nilou was amazing to work with. She was super responsive, kind, and proactive from the start. She helped process a refund quickly, extended my testing period so I could properly evaluate the platform, gave me some helpful tips, and talked through pricing options for small and startup businesses. Nothing felt pushy or salesy, just super supportive and patient, and trust me, I had a lot of questions.
She was also truly a joy to talk to and refreshingly human in a time where so much customer support is... not. The cat GIFs were also a highlight (a woman after my own heart).
The customer service alone and their willingness to work with me is enough to make me want to go with them. I definitely felt that Nilou considered the specific needs of my customer and provided recommendations specific to them.
As someone who recommends tools to clients, that level of care and detail matters so much. Subi is already a strong product, but their support makes them stand out even more. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone exploring memberships or subscriptions on Shopify.
Very useful tools, and the most important part is the support you receive from the team. Harry quickly resolved my issue and clearly explained how to fix it myself if I encounter the same problem again.
