I tried this app today, its fantastic! Very user friendly, wonderfull people. Easy to use. I would definetly recommend it!

Ps: Nareh is a wonderfull woman, she responds so fast and is always willing to help in every way possible. Probs to her!

i contacted customer service via chat at 1 o'clock in the morning. at the beginning a chatbot came up which was also very helpful. but in seconds a real person was in the chat and also said that the bot was finished and how she could help me. the problem was solved very quickly and easily. really good service. just as you need it as an online retailer. fast - at any time - and effective.

Mason helped quickly with an issue I had, the app itself is easily to use and implement and I believe a host of many different businesses can use the app to grow, it is relatively inexpensive and provides a number of plans to fit my needs. I personally believe my business would not be able to be scalable to a sufficient hire employees or grow beyond just myself without the option to implement reoccurring customers so easily. This is a game changer, and I believe this sort of application should be applicable on almost every E-Commerce site, even those outside of Shopify. 100/100 would recommend for most sites with any sort of reoccurring customer base or subscription model.

My experience with Subify has been great so far. Reached out to the team to customize my widget and the response was well under 10 minutes and the changes were made immediately. Miles worked on this customization for us and was very swift. I'm definitely happy with the results and we are glad we chose Subify Subscriptions to start our new payment option.

Have not been using the app for long, but I know for sure that the customer support is great. They help as much as they can, especially with coding stuff that I don't understand

The customer service is excellent. ✨️
I would like to see better options for shipping in the customer subscriptions, currently you cannot add shipping to cart unless you pay the premium fees which are hefty for small business.
