Great app for managing magazine subscriptions in Shopify. Would like to see a few more customization features for users but overall the team is very responsive, and committed to helping get you up and running.

The staff are a great help and pretty quick as the app is okay but comes with limitations that are not explained properly at the outset. Its pretty good but you have to make some work a round's which seem simple but would have thought they could have had it covered. Haven't used it yet but will submit an update when i do.

Selvom det kan virke lidt "skræmmende" for en nybegynder, har Subify en virkelig god og kompetent kundeservice. De svarer hurtigt på spørgsmål, så man kan komme videre. Godt humør, masser af forståelse og kompetent hjælp.

I paid the first plan and guess what ? Nothing works.
Settings section doesnt work, live chat support buton is fake. Indeed, you dont have any support at all to be honest. You can't even select a product if you want to create a subscription plan. And i did take a paid plan.. imagine with the free plan.. It's a scam, i mean i guess you must pay the biggest plan (the most expensive one) if you just want basic services. Other plans are fakes.

Edit : few days later, iam changing the review and adding 3 stars instead of 1. The support was late, but they finaly did answer me.
