I installed this app as it was only a few app that supported Japanese (and wide range of languages). I had a problem editing text to be Japanese as something was showing in English. Dela was there to help me solve a problem swiftly! She shared detail descriptions and screen shots and my problem was solved within a few minutes. So far, so good. Great support and a nice app to use if you are considering an alternative to Recharge. Dela has helped a lot, as has Sep.
