Customer support is responsive. But app is not intuitive and the pricing is not transparent. Be aware that they take a percentage of your sales - it's not just a flat monthly fee.

I downloaded the app and started working with it immediately. About 5 minutes in I got a pop up chat with assistance. My rep was very informative and had an answer for every single question I asked. She walked me through creating my first subscription and now I'm ready to go. So far for me this app is a 10/10. I'm very happy I went with Subify! Thanks!!!

While it's user-friendly and effective for managing subscriptions, I found it lacked integration with ActiveCampaign, our marketing platform. Despite this, its seamless subscription creation makes it a solid choice for Shopify merchants seeking hassle-free management. Efficient and kind support team.
