Subi integrates well with Shopify and has been a solid addition to our setup. I do run into the occasional glitch, and it can take a few minutes to sort things out, but support has been helpful when needed. Today, Pearl was especially quick and effective in resolving an issue, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’d recommend the app.
So far, this app has been able to meet most of my needs, and it offers a good variety of features and options. The team is continuously improving and updating the app, and overall the experience has been really positive. Definitely worth trying out.
Also, whenever I ran into issues, I could easily reach out to their team for support. Responses were fairly quick, and most problems were resolved smoothly. Communication has been easy throughout, and the team has been very patient and helpful.
We have been using this subscription app for a while it's one of the best ones on Shopify for us. their are a lot of useful features and easy to setup pricing is also great and the response time. : ) will be upgrading to their higher plans as our business grows.
great app and service. nice to be able to give customers an option to subscribe and save to help boost your website! Wouldn't worry about any problems or bugs, i experienced something and under 5-10min Rick with their customer service had me back good and ready to go all in time for my customer to place their order how they wanted! I'm a few months in, and mostly smooth sailing so far. A few caveats:
1) I hired some custom coding (outside of Subi) to get the subscription widgets to show in a more clear and effective manner.
2) Some things are a bit unclear or clunky at the outset, like payment reprocessing in the event of a failed payment. Their AI chatbot gave me a completely wrong answer regarding this the first time this occurred, resulting in me sending several duplicate shipments.
3) Once you get past the AI chatbot, most of the customer service team have been very helpful, with the exception of one guy who I just avoid if I see his name come up.
But, given the complexity of handling subscriptions, this has been very serviceable, was relatively easy to set up, and has been fairly easy to maintain other than a clunky bit or two. A learning curve is to be expected when you dive into something like this.
I have a bit of a unique membership, one part that ships, another part that is digital only, and Subi handles it all. Great customer service as well, which is a win.
Communication is fast, prompt, and will leave you more than satisfied. I had a billing issue, and not only was I credited, but I was also refunded. However, I didn't have much success in gaining subscriptions. That's on my end. I would definitely use Subi Subscriptions in the future, once I grow my account further. 10/10 would recommend. Nareh is a great help! If you ever need help, ask for her!

I recently worked with Mason on an issue that I just couldn't figure out and after a quick help chat session - he solved the problem efficiently and effectively. And it was even at 11:35pm ET on a Friday night! #thebest
Setting up my first subscription was super easy, and I love the ability to give subscribers a special discount. Harry was also helpful in getting the subscription page to look great on my site.
We’ve had a great experience with Subí so far. The pricing is very fair, the app works nicely with Shopify subscriptions, and it fits our needs well.
A special thank you to Nilou from support, she has been extremely kind, responsive, and open to following up until everything was fully resolved. Her help made a big difference, and we really appreciated the hands-on support throughout the process.
Overall, very happy with the app and the team behind it. Highly recommended!
