We have just installed the Subify app in our Shopify store. This was the first app ever where someone from their team automatically showed up offering support. Not only is this a great idea, and all apps should have the same approach as onboarding is the most important phase, but also her level of professionalism was outstanding! Congrats! I was super impressed by the awesome customer support. They really helped me to set up everything that I wanted, which would have probably taken me hours to do myself, very quickly. Nareh from the customer support was super patient guiding me through the whole process. Big thanks to that.
