Very quick in person response from Mason to a subscription pricing issue - even on a Sunday. The instructions on the automatic chat were clear but just didn't work so I needed to speak to a human and Mason sorted it overnight. The issue was linked to subscriptions set up while a product was on promotion which set the price for subsequent subscriptions. The subscription did not automatically update with the new product price. Definitely something to be aware of as my customers got a second month of an uber bargain.

Great app for managing magazine subscriptions in Shopify. Would like to see a few more customization features for users but overall the team is very responsive, and committed to helping get you up and running.
This app didn't end out being what we needed, so I uninstalled it. But it's possible we will revisit using it in future.
Muy simple y buena. Necesita mejorar en la forma de calcular descuentos, sobre todo si existen descuentos activos. El soporte es muy bueno, siempre dispuestos a apoyarte.

Overall it is very easy to set up and it looks clean and modern. It works for us 95% perfectly. There are a couple of things I wish it did better like allowing users to add products to their existing subscription. If a person updates their email in shopify it does not update in subify. Support is quick. Overall I'm pretty happy with the app and it has increased our monthly revenue for sure.
