I am happy with the help i have recieved. Dela was great at answering all my questions. Unfortunately, the app is not able to automatically send digital downloads each month for my subscription. But Dela was helpful in suggesting other email automation apps that could tie into the subscription to do this for me.
META AD USERS BEWARE! IT WILL MESS UP YOUR SALES! Worst app ever. So so so disappointed with the customer service i received. Cost me lots of sales leading up to black friday as their stupid subscription widget does not allow for a sale price to be shown on the product page, so anyone directed to the product page will not be able to see it's even on sale. Stella from customer service was absolutely useless, she removed the pricing altogether so when customers select a subscription, they cannot see the subscription price.
Subi is a great tool within Shopify to support recurring payments, offering various payment plans - to your business needs. Our business MOTO LNKS a (motorcycle rental company), uses "Payment Links" heavily to initiate subscriptions with our customers once they have undergone their booking and KYC. There was an issue identified within this feature, whereby Pearl from customer support was quick to respond and resolve. Therefore, if you are on Shopify and want to take subscription style payments. I would 100% recommend Subi.
Only downside, which I only found out later, apart from paying monthly to use Subi, Subi also takes an additional clip of each initiated transaction. Now, that added with Shopifys cost and Shopify Payments transaction cost plus, the Subi monthly cost - can add to big dent to your bottom line...
So far, so good! I'm new to using Subi, but have had nothing but good experiences - in the setting up of subscriptions, adding to my store, and customer service is on point! Thank you to Nilou for helping me get some features set up and organized. I really appreciate your help!
This is a feature rich app!
Subi has been a great app for a beginner like myself looking to have a sticker subscription service on my shop! One thing I just wished the free / basic plan had was the ability to create a free shipping rule for recurring billing, which I thought I could just adjust in the Shopify shipping settings portion. Turns out you can't do that, and I was tearing my hair for the past 2-3 weeks doing by myself because my customers kept getting billed for shipping too! I ended up turning to Subi's customer service for help. It wasn't long before I connected with someone (thanks Harry!) who explained how the plans worked and a potential workaround for that. As someone just starting on subscriptions / memberships (and I'm even close to hitting the limit of the free plan), I'm nervous about paying for the Growth tier, but may contemplate upgrading so I could take advantage of the shipping solution but also the widget customization.
Service client catastrophique, SAV inexistant, + de 3 mois sans réponses, 8 semaines entre chaque réponse précédente, font comme s’ils ne comprenaient pas et s’ils n’avaient pas reçu mes messages (je précise que je développe 15 à 40 sites par mois qui nécessitent des abonnements et cela fait des mois que j’attends des retours)
Fantastic customer support. Ive just got back from holiday with 1million ideas on how to improve my subscription rates and accidentally changed the code on my shopify website, to the point I broke it and the app wasnt working, its Sunday morning and I didnt really expect a reply. Mason helped me fix my store and got back in a matter of minutes. A* customer service and a very happy customer. I will carry on expanding with this company.

Needed help on changing the widget default color theme as it was over-riding the template theme. Reached out to their contact team through chat and Stella was quick to respond and fix the issue right away in under 10 minutes. That is a very quick, good and considerate customer service and I am very happy using Subi app in my Shopify store.
The app and process is pretty straight forward & easy to setup. They followed up to see if I needed any help. I wanted to make a change to the default of our "Subscribe" button so I used their chat feature. Dela responded quickly and had the request completed within minutes. Very happy experience so far with all aspects.
