Subi Subscriptions App

I had the BEST experience with PEARL, she helped to customize my widget for my Shopify page and it really pops now! It looks so good and I think it will get more people to sign up for the subscription option now!

We’ve been with Subi for about a year now, since B*ld changed their platform and it no longer suited our small subscription business, and it’s been really great. Very understanding and responsive customer service. I spoke with Rick after being assessed a charge for $79 while my store was being developed. The development team inadvertently selected the paid plan. But because we were not operating and generating revenue I want to save as much as possible and pay only when it was necessary. After explaining my situation Rick was kind and understanding and assessed me a refund. I look forward to using their service in the future once we deploy and are generating revenue!
