I had the BEST experience with PEARL, she helped to customize my widget for my Shopify page and it really pops now! It looks so good and I think it will get more people to sign up for the subscription option now!

We’ve been with Subi for about a year now, since B*ld changed their platform and it no longer suited our small subscription business, and it’s been really great. We’ve tested a few subscription apps for our store, and Subi is by far the most intuitive and flexible we’ve used. The backend is clean, the customer experience is seamless, and most importantly it just works without the bloat or bugs we’ve experienced elsewhere.

Very understanding and responsive customer service. I spoke with Rick after being assessed a charge for $79 while my store was being developed. The development team inadvertently selected the paid plan. But because we were not operating and generating revenue I want to save as much as possible and pay only when it was necessary. After explaining my situation Rick was kind and understanding and assessed me a refund. I look forward to using their service in the future once we deploy and are generating revenue!
