Without a doubt, one the easiest and smoothest customer service teams out there.

I wanted an amendment on one of the default email templates and it was dealt with quickly and hassle free from the Hengram team.

We are using Subify as a membership portal and they've been great to deal with from start to launching the membership programme. We've now launched with no issues, everything is working as it should.

Couldn't recommend Subify enough

Added this app on the off chance it would meet my requirements. I have used apps before which have promised but not delivered. The pop up customer service was excellent, Setareh helped from beginning to end (which was very quick indeed) and adjusted everything to meet the needs of my store perfectly. Thank you!

Working well so far. Support is accessible. Wish there were more ways to customize the widget, but otherwise I think we'll be sticking with this app to power our subscription plan.

I tested several apps for our requirements and looked for a solution that was as simple and quick to implement as possible and offered good opportunities for customisation. Subify did a really good job here. What really impresses me is the support! It took less than 5 minutes for my requirements to be finalised.
