Subify Subscriptions App

Have not been using the app for long, but I know for sure that the customer support is great. They help as much as they can, especially with coding stuff that I don't understand

Great App so far and easy to contact friendly staff, Just had to upgrade and found had to pay more charges on each transaction as well as the subscription, then had contact from customer service who kindly offered a temporary discount which is great and is a help to try and boost our sales.

This app is fantastic with its sleek design and easy-to-use interface. It's very intuitive, so you can quickly get started and use all its features without any trouble. But the best part is the customer support. They go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. Whatever issues or questions you have, they'll provide prompt and effective help. Great tool off the shelf but we have spent a lot working with Miles from the Customer Support team and the after service is incredible too. Really happy with the integration, customisation and how the team are focused on getting the tool working for you.

Subify was easy to set up and launch. The customer service is great - they are quick to respond and help me resolve any issues. I would highly recommend it!

I gave that app a go, and was surpised how quick and engaged the support team is, especially Melika. She is on top of everything. I'm glad that I can work with her on my shop.

.I'm not giving them -1 star because I was helped a lot by a girl called Dela, but the app itself didn't meet my expectations. I think everything related to Members is still underdeveloped. Charging a % plus such high costs really isn't good for any customer and needing a third party app to make a members space that of course charges you as well is not a good recommendation and you know that when you're setting it up. You can't have surprises for the customer.

Dela's support is very good. The others give you support without interest. Giving links to articles to read the help is not support. I can do that myself. After they give you that valuable link they ask you, can I help you with anything else? When you haven't helped at all..

Tip top support, super responsive. The app does exactly as advertised.

I strongly recommend it.
