The customer service is excellent! Very fast, helpful response. My one challenge has been maintaining subscribers; seems to be a high turnover rate.
Had an odd issue on my site that was blocking customers from being able to subscribe. Taylor (chat host) went above and beyond to help trouble shoot the issue. He was able to get it fixed! So happy with this app and their customer service!

We had an issue with the widget not showing up on our new theme, and then when it did show up on the listing, it was above the images. Ronnie and DJ did an excellent job of getting everything sorted out to us in about 24 hours. Great customer service!
I used this app to start my subscription business model. It works great. But the best point is the customer service. Katrina and Jaden are the best, no matter how many times you need their help, they will be there as soon as they can solving your doubts!! Really happy finding this application!

We had a strange problem with orders getting stuck in Pending. Kiki from Tech Support was really excellent- she followed up with their development team to resolve the problem, and checked in with me multiple times after it had been fixed to make sure there were no further problems. Very impressed.
