Customer Support was excellent and we are a new client of recharge. My direct contact was Mallory C at recharge and she was professional, helpful, courteous and fast. Having spent time with other support services from other companies, Mallory's customer care really stood out. She addressed the situation expertly and quickly and kept me constantly updated on the progress of my ticket.
