I've been really pleased with Recharge - it's a great programme and has excellent customer service. Tigist was so quick and helpful with the most recent issue I had. She updated me that she was working on the task and again when it was done. She did exactly what I asked of her and was so friendly in the process too. Really pleased with the service!
Our migration to Recharge was straightforward and uneventful. Vinse was masterful in the prep meetings and helped us to understand the key points through the migration checklist shared. This is a very extensive payment solution for subscription businesses. The product is very advanced and offers both for small ecommerce as for bigger enterprises a complete solution. Very customizable. The best thing though is the customer support team. When you scale complexity arises due to the nature of a subscription business, but the customer support team is awesome, fast, accurate and very friendly in helping you along the way. We've tried other subscription apps, but Recharge is by far the best option out there.
Also for custom work Nick from the e-shop Genius is really helpfull!
