ReCharge's workflows are incredibly robust -- but VERY sensitive. I was going insane trying to figure it out myself, but Dalia from live chat spent 1.5 hours with me sorting it all out. She was AMAZING. Not a single detail was missed. EVERY STONE WAS TURNED. So polite. So helpful. And yes... we FINALLY cracked the code (thanks to her). If you don't have the chat functionality of ReCharge... it's worth every penny.
Tigist installed the code in a matter of minutes. Easy as can be. I would recommend this app to anyone.

Recharge support has been very helpful! They follow through with great communication on even the smallest issue. I am not tech savvy, but they have helped me with everything that has come up so far. I highly recommend this app in general - easy back end and front end. But they are the best support of all the apps I have on my shopify account.
