NGL, there were moments when I wasn't sure if I should stay because clients sometimes struggle with understanding how to access their subscription, or how to make changes. But, things are improving over time and there are far more features in Recharge than the subscription options being offered directly by Shopify. I really do wish things were more intuitive for customers and it wasn't so up-sell focused, but at the same time, I'm happy to help clients when they need assistance.

it was difficult to get to speaking with a representative, but once I was able to speak with a representative, Zachary was a HUGE help!

Great customer service! A bit of some technical hiccups and , but overall fantastic. Wish that the email notifications had less HTML setup for customer notifications and it was easier to incorporate our branding - fonts, design, etc.

It works well, need to understand small things that help like formatting files. The Help desk is great.

I was struggling to figure out how to change permissions settings in Shopify in order to be able to schedule our Recharge to Shopify checkout conversion, so I sent in a help ticket. Ola responded so quickly and made a setting adjustment for me that helped me make the necessary change and get the conversion scheduled. It was so great to not have to wait long at all for help AND to receive the right kind of help that quickly solved my problem. I only took off one star because I didn't find the chat bot helpful...chat bots are usually frustrating because I almost always have already Googled my problem and tried to solve it myself BEFORE clicking on the chat feature. It would be more awesome if it were easier to skip the bot and go straight to a human!

We've been using the Recharge Subscriptions app for our business for a few years, and we've been overall satisfied with its functions, fairly seamless integration, and analytics capabilities.
The conversion process wasn't necessarily seamless, but the issues were minor enough, and easy to figure out. We did find the Recharge support staff to be fairly quick at responding, knowledgable, and above all, helpful in troubleshooting and providing solutions.

The system works fine, but updating existing subscriptions is annoyingly difficult. The help files need to be rewritten and aimed at 'mum and dad' users (which I would imagine would be the bulk of your clients) and clearly step by step explain the process.

While the app is constantly upgrading it's capabilities (albeit still in beta for some newer features), their customer support staff are very responsive and helpful!
