This app is great for managing magazine subscriptions. And, the tech support is AWESOME! Every time I have had a question, big or small, the team has walked me through until everything works perfectly!

Customer service through live chat is relatively responsive and depending on the issue they are able to find a solution during the chat. If not, they make it clear they will follow up via email once the problem is solved.

As a small business, the biggest gripe I have with Recharge is the cost. If there was some kind of tiered pricing based on subscriptions processed per month, it would make ...
