They gave me my refund of surprising new charges after 7 days back and forth with Shopify support and them.

Increased price with no warning! £79.60 a month.

Absolute con! I think they are hoping most businesses won't notice or bother chasing refund.can only close account by requesting them to do it!

Having found out more on the capabilities within Recharge, there is so much more we as a company can gain from the tool. General reporting drilled down further by product is super helpful knowing where to apply the gas. Flows discussed are a nice and easy way to extend purchase behavior on our best customers. Recharge has been a great solution for my new business. At $99 / month I can accomplish everything I need and don't have to spend $500 / month or more like some of the competitors. Recently had a customer service technical question and their CS rep emailed me back within minutes and solved my problem. Great experience so far!
