Nevena at Recharge was super helpful for my latest bulk edit request. I was told it could take up to 5 business days and it took 1 day, so really rapid work as well. Thanks again to Nevena & Recharge team.

A great app with prompt service. I was using a competitor for quite a few years though they weren't helping and didn't seem to be working on the product for the future, I can see that this appears to be different for ReCharge.
A good product worth the hassle of swapping services.
The service continues to be good though, like others on here I can see a price hike in the near future. We may want to be looking further afield as the service wasn't cheap, to begin with, and we have 3 websites using ReCharge, this is quite the bill.
Super excited to be working with Recharge and have so many options and ease of access for both ourselves and customers with subscriptions! Our launch engineer-Jairus was extremely helpful and ensured we were well informed every step of the way and that we remained on our tight deadline! Thank you Jairus for all your help and support!

Great app, clean interface, and makes the process of accepting subscriptions very easy. Support is also top-notch. Had an issue regarding my shipping set up and I was promptly assisted by Erica. She was very attentive and followed up with me in order to help me get things sorted. Awesome support, I'm really impressed! Thanks and keep up the great work!
