I find it not very interactive and it should have live chat to speed up the support process. However, the email support guys do their best to help as much as possible.
Support is very helpful! They helped me do some testing when our customers were having trouble managing their subscriptions and provided good recommendations.
Their customer service was super quick to reply and so helpful. They even helped me implement code.

Bryan Nguyen was very helpful. We could not figure it out via email so he sent me a zoom link and patiently worked with me for over two hours. It was so kind and extremely beneficial. He had great ideas and was very generous with his time.
