Had the best service experience with Juan from ReCharge support. He solved an extremely complicated issue for us within a couple of hours — and it's a testament to the level of service that ReCharge provides.
It is a great app that makes simple the subscription process for my customers and for me, as a store owner. Plus the support service is spectacular, their answers are always fast and accurate. They really have helped me find the right solution and taught me how to use the platform in the best way
This app supports my business on a day to day basis. Their customer support is excellent. Highly recommended

Fantastic Subscription Service! It has so many features, great CS, smooth interface, and the "Bundles" tool is AWESOME!
It is user friendly and integrates seamlessly with Shopify. Great user interface. Customer support is top notch. You will get a response in less than 1/2 hour. Rachel was super helpful with my question on how to move out the capture date of a customer's monthly charge.

Recharge has been really solid for us. It is easy to integrate, offers unique customizations, and has comprehensive technology.
Their support is all remote and typically is sufficient, but sometimes it can take longer than ideal to get issues resolved.
Unfortunately, more custom support is only available on the highest tier plan (we are on the pro plan). I think ReCharge would benefit greatly from options for phone support. I also think that for some of the more complex functionalities, more could be done to make it easier to do on your own.
