Der Chat war direkt erreichbar und hat uns schnell den Lösungsweg einfach und verständlich erklärt. Beim anschließenden Support per E-Mail stand die gleiche Person zur Verfügung, sodass man nicht alles neu erklären musste. Auch hier wurden Fragen zügig beantwortet und das Problem könnte gelöst werden.

Renata was a responsive support Rep. She understood our mission and goal and found solutions. She walked me through our options and solutions, provided a timely update, and sent a video to reference in case I need to make these updates myself in the future. One of the best Recharge Reps I have worked with!

We use recharge for our subscription program, and have been pleased with the responsive and helpful customer service we've received. There have been a few hiccups, but Tigist was extremely prompt, patient and thorough with all of her communications and helped us overcome the obstacles we came up against. Thank you!
