Gordon C was incredibly helpful in making sure we are set up for success. Our migration was implemented with ease thanks to Iopa and his team - very pleased with the interface and platform!
I had a glitch with Subscription Details pop up. My design didn't show up as intended. The pop up appeared but would be very difficult to read. I couldn't find why my design wasn't showing up and I couldn't find a way to remove the pop up completely. I emailed on 23rd of December and within an hour the issue was resolved. I honestly didn't think I'd get a response till after Christmas. But I am grateful to have had this little annoying design flaw fixed quickly. Big thank you to Hector!
Great app and great customer support. It gets the job done, and helps us manage what are soon to be over a hundred subscribers.

Jairus went above and beyond helping us launch and Grey has helped us optimize by answering all further questions & recommending ways to improve. The app works just as needed with all the KPI's we are typically looking for and is very easy to manage as well. Since this is a new functionality for our brand, we would love to have a comparison section added to review our bench marks against our industry and overall standards.
I use Recharge Subscriptions to automate the charges for monthly and annual subscriptions. It has been an excellent app. The developer provided me with the help I needed to set up my subscriptions. There have been only a couple of minor hiccups, but the customer service representatives addressed them quickly and were very courteous.
Great app, great customer service. Very efficient at responding and has been a great addition for our website.
