Good app - rather efficient for businesses wanting to set up subscriptions. Great possibilities of customization also.
Obviously the best subscription app on the app store! Even customer support is killer and technical as nails! Dalia helped me set up custom settings on the backend to support my shipping needs for recurring payments in just minutes! Thanks all!!
None existent customer service. Charges don't go through and tech support doesn't know why and won't answer you. Impossible to get help, they refuse to even offer a phone number!

Love Recharge. I migrated from a different subscription tool, and Recharge is significantly better. On top of that, their team is constantly working on new innovation and features to help you better retain your customers and reduce churn with a couple clicks of the button. Shout out to Gordon Chandler, our main Recharge contact, as well as Dennis Newel on Recharge engineering who've helped our business really turn the tide and have a prospering and growing subscription business. Recharge Support Engineer - SUPER HELPFUL GAL! She have me the best online help I have ever received.
We wanted the best subscription app out there and are very happy we chose Recharge. Their account team are very helpful and responsive. Integration was simple. Most importantly, our customers love the functionality and control they have over their subscriptions.
I wanted to reinstate a customer subscription that had expired (they signed up for a special offer discount on an 8 cycle promotional subscription). Only challenge was that they asked to do this once the subscription was over and I couldn't find a way of bringing this back. Contacted support and raised a ticket, Tigist straight on the case and fixed it rapidly, she is a hero.
Perhaps a way of simply and easily bringing back subscriptions that have lapsed could be developed as an option?

VERY DISSAPOINTED - After seeing the greedy change to pricing!
We have been using Recharge for nearly 2 years, and thought the prices were ok... though already not cheap. To now hear that the prices are being changed from "0 per/m with a 1% + 10¢ per transaction" to "$99 per/m with 1.25% + 19¢ per transaction fee" is mind-blowing.
Obviously, these guys don't care for their current customer base, especially the smaller businesses.
