I've been working hard at setting up my Shopify business and my products require customizations to how subscriptions are handled. I had a few issues that I ran into but the Recharge team provided fantastic support in helping resolve them. Adam was great in following up and was happy to go on the journey of figuring out what my issues were and how to get them fixed. Great customer service!

I signed up for this product when we had just a small handful of subscription customers. Now, 95% of our sales are subscriptions (thousands of subscriptions per year). As it is, my monthly bill from ReCharge is higher than Shopify, Shipstation, Quickbooks, Mailchimp, and all other Shopify apps **COMBINED**. This is, by far, the biggest money pit in our business operations. While the analytics have improved slightly since we first signed up, I am still having to manually assemble data to even understand what the app is doing. Combine that with it crashing this week... Ugh. I understand that ReCharge as a company is primarily focused on large enterprise accounts and that this Shopify app is a fairly new entry for them. However, there are significantly better choices on the Shopify App Store for subscriptions at a FRACTION of the cost. (ReCharge collects a flat fee PLUS a percentage of all dollars that flow through their system, including shipping! It gets expensive fast!) However, the actual people who work there are a delight. The support team is great and responsive and are always interested in keeping things up and running -- kudos to them! They're the real heroes here: they get all the stars in this review.

Added this because I needed subscription services in Shopify. Seems quite powerful and comprehensive. For a startup it was good that I did not have to commit to a monthly fee and instead will pay a percentage of subscription sales. Had to add some code manually to enable customers to manage existing subscriptions, but the instructions were easy to follow. Also had a problem relating to adding one-time purchases to subscriptions. The Recharge support team resolved it same day. Overall I'm satisfied.
This app is continuously making improvements with the platform and as such the tech support team is able and eager to help. UPDATE: We greatly appreciate the help from Vinse across multiple brands which we have. Without him we would still be spinning our wheels!

This is my second store using Recharge. It's awesome. Our customers love the subscription option and Recharge makes it simple and painless for the customers and us. Plus, their support is outstanding. Can't recommend this app enough.
