Chris at ReCharge was quick to update our theme for us when we realized it had uninstalled. The product works great we use it for recurring donations as a charity and saves us a ton of time with processing.
Brilliant app and fantastic support from Javaughn - top in class. Would highly recommend to scaling business looking for a serious infrastructure. They didn't become market leader eating crisps while watching Netflix.
Super quick response, very proactive, fixed my issues same day, incredibly responsive and nice. Great customer service!
ReCharge has worked wonders for us for the past 5 months now. Us being a magazine subscription driven company, it does all the things we need it to. Also the customer support is top notch!
I am write this 5 star review because of the exemplary service and support. The app itself is easy enough to use and is quite extensible. One of the most important things is when we had a problem (that we created) Recharge was there to pick up and fix all we needed. Great product great support

Every time I have needed help, they have really made sure to address the issue and provide excellent support. Vuk really helped a lot with one of the issues we were having with our workflows, but Vuk made sure to resolve the issue.
Overall we are very pleased with Recharge. It does require some knowledge to be able to navigate the app. Their support has been great whenever we needed help!
5 star for CX. Had a few questions around analytics and reporting discrepancies, and Alex M was very was and very efficient with his support.
Definitivamente, la mejor solución para ofrecer suscripciones en tu tienda online, Funciona bien en México siempre y cuando tengas Stripe o Paypal como pasarela de pago. El equipo de Recharge es muy profesional y el seguimiento y soporte que dan es increíble. Lo único malo es que TODA la comunicación con ellos es en inglés (videollamadas y correos) sería buenísimo que tuvieran un representante que hable en español.
