There are many bugs that cause my customers repeat orders not to go through each month and I can never understand and take ages to try to figure each problem out, I hope this will be improved soon, although the I'm very happy with the customer service

We use the app since 9 months and run close to $100k per month over it. Technical support is very good. However, very disappointed with the way Recharge handles key account management. We have contacted account exec several times. No / hardly no answer. We complained. No answer. We requested change of account exec. No answer.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. LOSING SUBSCRIBERS DAILY OVER THIS APP'S INABILITY TO PROCESS SUBSCRIPTIONS. LITERALLY THE ONE THING THEY WERE CREATED TO DO. I've been having issues since over two months, and all their support team says is that they are looking into the issue, they take days to answer emails and never provide a solution. Impossible to communicate over the phone and they don't answer ...

We made the switch from a popular subscription service to Recharge and it was the best move ever!! Our subscriptions have gone way up already in just a week. The support team is by far one of the best support teams I've worked with. So far this has app has had the most bang for the buck out of various subscription apps I've tried and the support team has been extremely helpful and quick to respond! I've been working with Nikola, who has been so patient and detailed in responses!
