I am still trying to understand this app. But the customer service is very good. We use it for combining discounts and subscriptions
I have been using recharge for over 7 years and had very little need for help but when I did come up against a small problem, the issue was sorted (via back and forth email as I am not a high paying valued customer).
Sadly, as a small business with a small customer base the latest price increase from $20USD a month to $99 USD a month will mean I will also have to cancel.
Perhaps Recharge doesn't want small business anymore, that's why they are pricing so high.
I tried to contact support, but never received a reply. I imagine they have been inundated with unhappy customers. I don't understand and can't see what features and benefits are there to value the 5x price increase.
I'm truly disappointed, and very sad after being a loyal customer.

Customer Service is great! I had a million questions, and the Recharge team was very willing to spend a lot of time answering all of them.
I migrated from Bold to Recharge as the integration and partnership options Reacharge had available were essential to our continued growth. The migration team (Mat in particular), were beyond helpful and made the experience seamless!
Amazing! I would upgrade so you can get phone support if you are migrating current subscribers from another app.
Interface is a little clunky and I wish there were better analytics, but Recharge gets the job done. Their customer service is terrific and was very patient with my team. As far as subscription apps go Recharge is the best for the money.
Easy to get started and simple set up of subscribe and save subscriptions. Great launch support and service.
Overall, this app functions well and serves the purpose of providing subscription options for our products. Tech support is always helpful and responds quickly. It would be nice if products updated automatically instead of having to manually sync. Some customers have had trouble logging in and editing their subscriptions, especially on mobile devices. ReCharge suggested we change themes recently, so we did and we're hoping this cuts down on customer frustration.
Probably the most UN - USER FRIENDLY app on Shopify. Customers find it hard to swap, pause, cancel, items. Admin backend is terrible and backward, need 100's of clicks to make changes and have to do everything ONE BY ONE. Support is slow unless you PAY FOR PREMIUM SUPPORT. You should know the value of recurring orders is HUGE for online stores and you need to improve your over all interface. I have lost customers as they get frustrated to use the customer account management system, its terrible
