The customer service was amazing! They answered all 4 of my questions individually and understood what I was saying the first time!

Poor customer support. They have a massive paywall to be able to access a standard level of customer support.
After installing the app, our store encountered theme issues. Recharge helped us out and we found a good solution to the problem. Now, everything runs smoothly.

I do not recommend this app because of the poor service. I have been trying for two weeks to solve the problem of wanting to use the app and I got tired of waiting. Very bad support service. They just don't care about their customers.
We got all our products uploaded and in almost no time, the app malfunctioned. You will get a templated email that says your problem is complicated and it has been escalated. Then, you will not hear back from them. Seems like they are badly broken right now. Maybe if you are reading this at a later date... it might be fixed. Today, it is broken.
