Good app, easy and straightforward to use. Not many customizations available for the look and feel on the site however.
The customer service was amazing! They answered all 4 of my questions individually and understood what I was saying the first time!
The is brilliant and the team were fantastic to work with, very helpful and quickly turned around some of the challenges I had.
Great customer service from Renata V. Helped me get my store and subscriptions up and running in real-time and I didn't have to wait for an email back.
Support has been great -- Juan, Jon, and Terrell have all been so prompt and helpful! The chat support is very responsive.
I would give zero stars if I could. Customer service is terrible. They no showed twice on migration zoom calls. I can't imagine trusting my subscription services to a company that can't show up for a scheduled Zoom call.

Poor customer support. They have a massive paywall to be able to access a standard level of customer support.
After installing the app, our store encountered theme issues. Recharge helped us out and we found a good solution to the problem. Now, everything runs smoothly.
Juan was great and explained everything well. Very helpful and kind. He was through in explaining everything that I needed to navigate the app.
Exceptional customer service! I've reached out a few time getting set up. There are a few features that don't exist yet that would be really helpful though - hopefully they will consider my suggestions :)
